Multi-site FMCG company in Bristol now seeks to appoint a passed finalist/newly qualified Commercial Finance Analyst to its Head Office function to drive its budgeting and forecasting agenda.
Role
Working alongside the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading the management reporting and analysis of the Group’s financial results. This involves having a thorough understanding of the business in order to explain and forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual results as well as playing an important role in the 5 year strategic planning process. You will also play an active role in generating the insights and analysis to ensure that the business has an accurate understanding of the cost of production of each of its products. Whether it is helping Management teams in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, building a case for significant capital expenditures, or playing an active role in cross-functional workstreams, the Commercial Finance Analyst will be integral to the ongoing success of the business.
About You
As a Qualified accountant (eg. ACA / ACCA / CIMA), you will have a strong track record of development and desire to keep stretch own abilities. Intellectually strong and a good strategic thinker, you will also possess strong presentation and communication skills - with ability to recommend clear decisions.
