Multi-channel brand in Bristol has an exciting opening for a senior finance professional to join them as Head of Planning & Reporting. Providing analytical rigour and reporting around business performance and portfolio performance to the SMT, Board and external investors, you will lead all annual and quarterly strategic planning activities.
Role
Balancing technical accuracy, commerciality and efficiency through personal leadership and the development of your team, you will enjoy a highly visible role across a well energised finance team and a hugely ambitious business. Contributing to the group reporting and regulatory environment, ensuring it is robust and formal internal controls are in place, you will also business partner and co-pilot a diverse stakeholder group and have direct exposure across the C-Suite.
You will also lead and coordinate the financial forecasting processes (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Medium Term Financial Forecasts) to support the development of strategic direction plans together with providing ad hoc analysis and challenge to enable the Exec to evaluate all aspects of the business’ performance in pursuit of its strategic goals.
About You
Having likely started your career working for a professional international accounting and audit firm, preferably Big4, you will now be in a position where you’ll have moved on from there to gain strong experience in industry, working your way up to a senior position within a large matrix organisation. With c6yrs+ PQE, you will be a creative thinker, team player who can both lead and participate in cross functional projects.
