Interim Finance Analyst/Financial Modeller - Bristol

Interim Finance Analyst opportunity within a strong consumer sector in Bristol now available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.  Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance the role will help drive continuous improvements in reporting and decision making to support effective capital management. This role will operate cross functionally to deliver first class management reporting and forecasting for the business. 

Role

.  Specific duties include:

• Providing analysis on strategic initiatives and report trends in periodic board papers, highlighting any risks and opportunities
• Leading financial modelling on proposals and ongoing performance monitoring
• Applying financial insight on to non-financial KPIs ensuring delivery of productivities
• Analysis to improve commercial outcomes within the business e.g. product and client profitability analysis
• Completing Finance Board Pack Reporting and additional financial analysis as requested by the Board

About You

As a qualified Accountant, you will be a strong communicator and have the ability to prioritise and make trade-offs.  Comfortable identifying opportunities for stretch performance and ensuring these are delivered, you will lead financial business partnering for group wide production, ensuring high quality financial analysis.  Naturally you will demonstrate an ability to influence at a senior level and collaborate well, managing multiple stakeholders.  We will consider those from either a Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Partnering background.  Whilst based in Bristol, we can offer flexible and agile working.
