Interim FP&A Accountant - Wiltshire

Interim FP&A Accountant opportunity now available for an international business based in Swindon.  Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be a key addition to this high performing finance team.  The contract is initially offered on a 12 month FTC.  Although the office is based in Swindon, we can accomodate partial or full remote working.

Role

Working as part of a small FP&A team, you will be the key conduit between the financial planning team and commercial stakeholders, providing input and influence over ROI drivers.  Enjoying a highly visible role, you will be exposed to all commercial functions along with the SMT and Exec Board.  Specific responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and leading the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting cycles with an emphasis on ‘what if’ scenario modelling
• Providing relevant and timely monthly analysis of business performance
• Developing and monitoring business KPIs
• Identifying and providing decision support to critical initiatives that maximise growth
• Maintaining and improving the rolling 3 Year Plan, including identifying opportunities for growth and key areas of concern
• Heavy involvement in process improvement, particularly around the planning process

About You

Applicants should have an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and have demonstrable FP&A or commercial finance experience ideally gained from within an international setting.  Experience of SAP and PowerBI would be hugely advantageous.  You will be able to demonstrate strong finance business partnering skills together with the ability to build credibility easily with senior stakeholders.
