Highly acquisitive International Group in the South West now seeks to appoint an Interim M&A/Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Associate Director profile into its in-house corporate development team. The role will support them with some valuations, due diligence and buy-side activities and is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. We may be open to day rate contractors (role is scoped inside IR35).
Role
Working as part of an ambitious Corporate Development team, you will provide investment modelling and M&A support to drive further organic and acquisition-led growth. Responsible for creating detailed and robust financial models to support valuation and investment evaluation, supporting financial due diligence and integration and producing clear appraisal reports, you will be available to start the contract within the next 2-4 weeks ideally.
About You
Ideally a qualified ACA (or CFA) from Top 6 practice and/or relevant industry with experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring or similar role, you will bring exceptional Excel modelling skills and ideally have exposure to cross border transactions. To be successful in this role, you will possess significant senior level experience in all transactional aspects of corporate finance lead advisory work, including capital raising, valuations and investment structuring across a wide range of sectors.
