Leading accountancy firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Manager/Associate Director into its Advisory team. This team provides company side advisory which may include restructuring and turnaround activities as well as wider transformation programmes.
Role
Working alongside a high performing Partnership Group, you will be integral to scaling out the Advisory offering. Whether the client is looking to raise growth capital to fund capital expenditure programmes and/or working capital investment or raising funds to re-capitalise the business, this advisory team is well placed to help the client deliver its longer term strategy. Specific activities will include performing and overseeing analysis on company business plans, assessing key business operational performance drivers, steering working capital improvements, developing business plans and executing turnaround strategies. Ultimately the advisory team supports their client base to generate cash and reduce costs, increase profitability and reduce balance sheet stress.
Likely a qualified ACA, you will have experience of stakeholder Advisory, Turnaround or Transformation. With strong commercial and business acumen, you will be comfortable advising senior management on alternative solutions and risks and demonstrate experience of influencing at a senior level.
