International retailer in Bristol now seeks to strengthen its Supply Chain function with the appointment of a Supply Chain Finance Manager. You will have a keen understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain across production and manufacturing (including product and standard costing processes) as well as logistics and distribution and bring the outside-in, sharing best practice across the team / business and encourage ideas sharing as well as collaborative problem solving.
Working as part of high performing supply chain finance function, you will provide support throughout the entire supply chain process, including S&OP, cash flow and working capital forecasting. The role will lead the analysis and reporting of Gross Margin variances, cost of failure, inflation impact, manufacturing variances, purchase price variances, freight and duty along with Gross to Net Productivity reporting. Challenging the operational teams to improve performance via regular focused reporting of key financial and key performance information, you will deliver high quality daily, weekly and monthly reporting which enables the business to understand its financial performance vs budget/latest plan and vs prior periods/year on year.
Suitably qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA, you will bring broad commercial finance experience across the FMCG/Retail sector. With a proven ability to influence across a broad and senior stakeholder base, you will have a strong grasp of the supply chain function and value drivers within.
