Role
Reporting to the Tax Director, you will lead US GAAP tax reporting for the Group, collaborating closely with Group Finance, Group Reporting, and key stakeholders across the business, including Commercial team members and Finance teams in the Group’s international locations.

 

  • Ensuring timely completion of US GAAP tax reporting and budget requirements
  • Reviewing tax calculation preparations for both external reporting and internal forecasts
  • Preparing and/or reviewing supporting documentation for tax reporting under US GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Collaborating with divisional finance teams to maintain accuracy in tax reporting for the Group, including providing training in US GAAP reporting where relevant
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating tax risks across the Group

 

About You

CTA qualified with over two years post qualified experience, you will have a tax background including both corporate tax compliance and advisory exposure.  You’ll have You have an excellent understanding and experience of implications of various direct and indirect taxes that may affect business, including international taxation and transfer pricing.
