The successful individual will initially lead the diagnostic and design phase: defining the case for change, developing the future Finance operating model and AI/digital roadmap, and building a robust business case for Executive and Board approval. The expectation is then to move rapidly into mobilisation and early delivery.</span></span></span></p>
