About you
A qualified accountant, you will bring senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, construction or a closely related sector. You will understand the commercial realities of businesses where operational delivery, capital investment and cash management are closely connected.
You may already be a CFO or an experienced Finance Director ready for a broader remit. Experience working with founders or entrepreneurial owners would be particularly valuable, alongside the ability to build trust, challenge thoughtfully and communicate clearly.
Above all, you will combine strategic perspective with a practical approach—comfortable taking ownership and staying close to the business.
