Is there a definitive right answer to hybrid working?

The subject of returning to the office has become a much discussed topic over recent months and remains as yet unresolved by many employers. Whilst a return gives an opportunity to define a more effective operating model for both employer and employee, it does seem that both parties are somewhat conflicted in their attitudes on the subject.

Simon Sinek's book "Start with Why" is definately worth a read, detailing his golden circle concept. There has been a genuine shift to talent wanting to join a community as much as a company. Connecting people to purpose starts regularly showing people how their work matters - it is essential therefore for employers to help people tie their everyday tasks to a bigger purpose worth committing to.
