A high-growth Bristol-based business is looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Analyst into a broad and highly visible finance role.

This is an opportunity suited to either:

• a recently ACA-qualified accountant who has already made the move into industry, or
• someone coming from a graduate rotation / finance scheme within a commercial business who is now looking for broader exposure and faster progression.

The role sits within a scaling environment where finance is closely involved in commercial decision-making, strategic planning and business growth — making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace and visibility beyond traditional reporting.

You’ll gain exposure across:

• FP&A and forecasting
• Commercial finance and business partnering
• Pricing and margin analysis
• Strategic projects and performance insight
• M&A and growth-related activity
• Process improvement and building scalable finance infrastructure

The business is looking for someone commercially curious, proactive and ambitious — someone who wants to grow with the organisation rather than sit in a narrow siloed role.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Likely 0–3 years PQE
• Previous exposure within FP&A, commercial finance or industry-based finance rotations
• Strong analytical capability with an interest in how businesses grow and make decisions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Bristol-based and happy with a hybrid working model
