Finance Analyst - Bristol

We're working with a well-known multi-site consumer business looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join its high-performing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant looking to make (or continue) the move into industry within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role offers broad exposure across commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering, supporting senior stakeholders with insight that drives operational and strategic decision-making.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis across a multi-site operation, helping to turn data into meaningful commercial insight. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Building and maintaining robust financial models
• Analysing trading performance, sales and margin trends
• Producing insightful weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to support decision-making
• Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement
• Supporting business cases, investment appraisals and ad hoc commercial analysis
• Driving continuous improvement in reporting, planning and analytical processes

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who are:

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or approaching qualification)
• Experience gained within retail, FMCG, hospitality or another fast-paced consumer-facing environment
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Commercially curious with an analytical mindset
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and translating it into actionable insight
