You will lead the strategy, design and continuous improvement of RTR, bringing greater consistency, efficiency and quality to finance service delivery across the business.
This is an opportunity for an experienced finance process specialist who enjoys translating technical expertise into practical improvements, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering change across a complex international environment.
You will define the vision and standards for RTR globally, working with finance leaders, local markets, shared services and an outsourced service provider to improve performance and the experience of those using finance services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the transformation and ongoing improvement of global RTR processes.
Designing and implementing initiatives across processes, policies, technology and data.
Identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
Developing global finance policies and procedures with the wider finance team.
Reviewing service performance and influencing service level agreements.
Partnering with the outsourced RTR lead to challenge existing practices and improve delivery.
Collaborating with other functional leads to strengthen end-to-end process consistency.
Identifying activities suitable for transition into the Shared Service Centre and managing their transfer.
Providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to finance teams.
You will bring strong RTR expertise, a thorough understanding of accounting and financial statements, and the ability to solve complex process challenges.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience of RTR processes, supporting technologies and data quality applications.
A track record of applying technical knowledge to improve finance operations.
The confidence to engage and influence senior finance and business stakeholders.
Experience of leading, developing or mentoring teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A practical, proactive approach to change and continuous improvement.
A university degree or equivalent.
Experience in a similar global process role, Shared Services or Global Business Services environment would be particularly valuable.
You will have the scope to influence how finance operates globally, combining process ownership with transformation delivery. Your work will help build more consistent services, stronger stakeholder relationships and a more effective finance operating model.
