FP&A Manager - Bristol

FP&A Lead | Bristol | PE-Backed Multi-Site Consumer Business

We're working on behalf of a private equity-backed multi-site consumer business in Bristol that is entering a critical phase of its journey.

The business is undergoing a significant turnaround, making this a genuine opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants to play a central role in helping shape the future of the organisation. This isn't a business-as-usual FP&A position—it's a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex commercial challenges, and wants to make a visible impact.

We're looking for a high-potential FP&A professional who combines strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity, resilience, and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.

You'll ideally bring:

• FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Exposure to a multi-site retail, hospitality, leisure or FMCG environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and commercial analysis skills.
• The ability to simplify complex data into meaningful business insight.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to roll your sleeves up during a period of transformation.
• Confidence working with senior operational and finance stakeholders.
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and the resilience to perform in a business going through change.

This role would suit someone looking to step into greater responsibility and accelerate their career by working closely with an experienced leadership team and private equity investors. The successful individual will have the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve forecasting and reporting, identify commercial opportunities, and help drive performance across the business.
