Interim Strategic & Commercial Finance Business Partner
6-month contract | Outside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic & Commercial Finance Business Partner to support an established organisation as it develops two new areas of its business.

This is a highly visible, hands-on assignment, partnering directly with senior Sales & Marketing leaders to establish the commercial finance structure, processes and ways of working required to support these new business lines.

The brief will include:

• Partnering C-Suite Sales & Marketing stakeholders, providing commercial insight and challenge
• Establishing financial processes, reporting and ways of working for two relatively new business areas
• Building greater visibility around costs, headcount and commercial performance
• Developing financial models, tracking and decision-support tools
• Creating structure and processes in areas that are still evolving
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and improved commercial performance
• Moving comfortably between strategic conversations and detailed, hands-on delivery

We’re looking for a qualified finance professional with strong commercial finance/business partnering credentials who has operated in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Crucially, this isn't a role for someone who simply wants to review the numbers or manage a team. You’ll need to be comfortable building from scratch, getting into the detail and personally creating the processes, models and analysis required.

6-month initial assignment | Outside IR35 | Hybrid – 2–3 days per week at HQ
