Why this role?
You’ll step into a central role within the Financial Reporting team, taking ownership of key accounting, reporting, and audit deliverables while gaining exposure to international operations, finance transformation projects, and systems development. This is not just about statutory accounts — it’s about shaping how finance operates in a fast-paced, commercially-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing IFRS Group year-end and interim accounts for the published Annual Report
• Leading on UK subsidiary accounts and audits, liaising with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing IFRS 16 lease accounting
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external audit teams
• Researching and implementing new accounting standards impacting the Group
• Driving finance transformation, including migrating consolidation from spreadsheets to a system-based approach
• Supporting senior finance leaders on strategic initiatives and best-practice improvements
