With rapid expansion underway, they are appointing their first Financial Controller to bring finance in-house and build the function from scratch.

Take full ownership of financial control, reporting, and forecasting.
Build fit-for-purpose processes, systems, and governance from scratch.
Provide hands-on support in the numbers while also driving commercial insight.
Act as the financial conscience of the business, ensuring smart growth and long-term sustainability.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with strong technical grounding.
Excited by the challenge of building, not just running, a finance function.
Commercially curious, resilient, and entrepreneurial in outlook.
Previous experience in a high-growth, founder-led, or SME environment would be a bonus — but mindset matters most.
