M&A Manager - South West

We’re partnering with a dynamic, high-growth PLC in the South West, seeking a talented M&A Manager to join their expanding Corporate Development team. With a strong balance sheet and an ambitious acquisition pipeline, this business is driving significant transformation and growth across its markets.

The Opportunity:

You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll lead due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, and transaction execution—bringing deals from concept to completion.

Ideal Background:

✅ ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
✅ Strong grounding in M&A from an advisory background (Corporate Finance or Transaction Services)
✅ Commercial mindset with the ability to assess risk, value, and strategic fit
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Hands-on experience in deal execution (buy-side or sell-side)
