Role

As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance defining, shaping and executing the Group’s commercial finance vision. Sitting as part of the senior leadership team, you will provide financial, strategic and commercial support to create and deliver strategies and plans to drive the Group’s profitable growth.  Specific responsibilities will include:

• Influencing operational and strategic decision making
• Being instrumental in setting the direction and driving the implementation of business group's financial strategy
• Proactively contributing to project teams to aid the strategic development of sites
• Providing accurate analysis of development options and commercial recommendations
• Recording and reviewing sales and provide feedback on pricing and mix where appropriate

About You

As a strong commercial finance leader, you will have extensive business partnering experience at an Exec level and have the communication skills, credibility and gravitas to influence throughout a complex and diverse business.  With c3-5 years PQE, you will be a commercial business partner capable of highlighting cost savings and driving profit to the bottom line.  Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer space would be highly desireable.
