Corporate Finance Analyst - Bristol

Boutique Advisory firm based in Bristol has a newly created role within their corporate finance team.  With an impressive and ever growing international client portfolio, the role has materialised due to continued growth of practice’s volumes and transactions.

Role

Working closely with both the debt advisory and corporate finance functions, you will enjoy a client facing role interacting with C&D Suite audiences.  The role represents a great opportunity for you to join a growing and experienced team with continued aspirations to increase deal size along sector lines.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking an active role in the execution of transactions
• Assisting in the conduct of valuations of businesses using a variety of valuation methodologies such as comparable companies analysis, comparable transactions analysis and discounted cash flow
• Reviewing and critically analysing financial information or projections 
• Producing financial models
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and other documentation including pitches, management presentations and client reports
• Supporting sector initiatives and other business development opportunities through conducting research and analysis#

About You

Previous Corporate Finance or due diligence experience is desirable but not essential.  You will likely be 1-3 years post qualified and be comfortable preparing high quality pitch materials and proposals including sector mapping, market analysis and target client positioning.  This represents an exciting opportunity to grow with the advisory firm, moving into a possible Director role within the next 18-24 months.
