High profile corporate finance house in Bristol has a newly created role for a M&A Manager to work as part of their experienced M&A team. The team is responsible for reviewing the acquisition strategy and assessing alternatives , identifying and assessing potential targets both locally and internationally , developing the sales strategy and assisting in maximizing returns,valuation, deal structuring and negotiations.
Role
Reporting to the Head of M&A, you will be actively involved in the execution of M&A deals providing Buy and Sell side M&A services to major corporate, SMEs and private equity funds. Responsibilities will include building financial models, valuation, drafting information memorandums, financial analysis and reviewing due diligence reports, conducting research and market analysis along with business development and marketing activities.
About You
Likely ACA qualified, you will bring M&A or Corporate Finance experience and likely have been with financial advisory firms or investment/corporate banks for at least 4 years. This represents a compelling opportunity to really specialise in high value and high profile deals within an ambitious and rapidly expanding boutique in Bristol.
