Hugely acquisitive FTSE with operations all over the globe now seeks to appoint a Divisional Finance Director to lead one of its major revenue streams. You will work with key business owners by providing financial analysis, commercial insight to help drive results for the business. You will also provide insight and guidance on trends; underpinned by best practised, standardised modelling. You’ll use your expertise to critically evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to deliver measurable value or process efficiency.
Location
Headquartered in close proximity to Bristol, we will be looking for you to be in the office 3 days p/week.
Role
The Finance Director is responsible for the financial stewardship and financial management of this major division, operating as the commercial lead to all business functions. Supporting decision making, creating and maintaining a robust control environment, planning, forecasting and creating insight to better understand the risks and opportunities, you will operate as a key business and sparring partner to the CEO.
About You
Suitably qualified, you will have experience as a Finance leader in a matrix organisation, working across borders and many internal teams. You will bring strong skills in modelling, analysis, forecasting, strategic / scenario planning and decision making.
