High growth and ambitious international brand located in the South West now seeks to appoint a Global Financial Controller to lead its internal and external reporting agenda. Reporting to the Global CFO, you will be responsible for managing the Group P&L and balance sheet activities across the globe. ACA qualified with likely 8-12 years PQE, you will be a progressive, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Role
Working as part of a high performing senior management team, you will lead and coach a large multi-disciplinary finance group. As well as overseeing the internal reporting agenda, you will drive the quarterly, half year and year end press releases, deliver the financial statements within the Group's Annual Report and ensure full support behind the Group's external results presentations. You will support delivery of the cashflow targets and provide meaningful and timely analysis of business performance to allow course correction. In addition you will regularly assess the financial processes in supporting financial data preparation and assets safeguarding.
About You
Having ideally trained and qualified in a Big4 accountancy firm, you will demonstrate a track record of financial control in a global or multi-location PLC company. With the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with critical decision making, you will naturally have high integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.
