Highly acquisitive Group in Bristol now seeks to appoint a progressive, insightful and influential Head of FP&A to define and own the group FP&A process. Working closely with the Exec to build out the future FP&A agenda, you will also provide investment appraisal over investment initiatives together with performing analysis and support on M&A opportunities.
Role
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with critical decision making, the Head of FP&A will lead all aspects of the financial planning and reporting process. Working alongside an ambitious and inspiring executive leadership team, you will be responsible for generating 3-5 year financial forecasts and annual operating plans including capital expenditures and investments. Leveraging modelling and automation tools to build standard reports, the Head of FP&A will play an active role in all key operational and commercial decisions, and be a critical part of the strategic planning process across the exec.
About You
Preferably ACA qualified, you will be an accomplished expert in Commercial Finance and have extensive experience in M&A deal management, with demonstrable technical knowledge in building valuation models and conducting investment appraisals.
