Bristol (Hybrid) | 6–9 Month Contract | £65,000–£75,000 (FTC equivalent)

We’re supporting a high-quality consumer-facing business in the South West that is seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to join the team for a 6–9 month period.

This role sits at the heart of the commercial finance function and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to drive insight, decision-making and performance across a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles

• Provide commercial insight across trading performance, margin, cost drivers and KPIs

• Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to translate data into actionable recommendations

• Develop and refine management reporting, dashboards and financial models

• Support scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions

• Improve FP&A processes, controls and ways of working where required

Candidate Profile

• Proven FP&A experience at Manager / Senior Manager level

• Background in FMCG, Retail or Consumer-led businesses (essential)

• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, margin analysis and performance drivers

• Confident operating in a fast-paced, changeable environment

• Able to work hands-on while also engaging credibly with senior stakeholders

• Immediately available or available at short notice

• 6–9 month interim assignment (FTC or day-rate equivalent considered)

• £65,000–£75,000 salary equivalent

• Bristol-based role with hybrid working
