Interim PRGM Manager – London (Hybrid) £65,000–£80,000 pro rata | 3-month contract | Immediate start
A leading consumer brand is seeking an Interim PRGM Manager to support the development and delivery of core Revenue Growth Management levers across the UK market. Working closely with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance, you’ll bring analytical rigour, commercial acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who can land quickly, add value from day one, and operate confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver insight-led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, and trade investment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RGM initiatives with commercial priorities and customer strategies.
Translate complex data sources into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making at senior level.
Support scenario planning and analysis across pricing and promotions, including modelling, elasticity, ROI and margin impacts.
Contribute to broader RGM projects including pack architecture, mix management and trade terms evaluation.
Strong RGM/PRGM, commercial strategy or pricing experience (FMCG preferred).
Highly analytical with excellent commercial judgement.
Able to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders at pace.
Confident turning data into simple, compelling narratives.
