High growth Investment Comapny supporting early stage and established private businesses now seeks to appoint a high performing Investment Manager to oversee its part of its investment portfolio. Providing analytical, commercial, financial modelling, financial structuring and bidding support on a number of projects, you will bring extensive exposure to buy-side activities.
Role
Working as part of a high performing Investment Team, you will be responsible for lead generation through direct and indirect origination, oversee deal execution, support capital raising and provide support and analysis such as market research, portfolio and asset valuation and disposals. Performing sensitivity analysis or review sensitivity results from financial models, you will also support the asset recycling processes including asset diligence, valuation and modelling.
About You
As a qualified Accountant, you will likely be operating in either Transaction Services within a top accountancy firm or potentially Corporate Finance (within industry or practice). Comfortable preparing high quality pitch materials and proposals including sector mapping, market analysis and target client positioning, you will be looking to lead the investment portfolio of this leading Investment Company.
