Lead the origination, execution and portfolio management of new investments across the South West.
Play a critical role in setting up and growing the Bristol office, with support from the national team.

Influence firm-wide strategy as a senior member of the national investment team.
What We’re Looking For
An experienced investor with a successful track record in deploying capital into UK SMEs.
Strong deal execution skills, including diligence, structuring and negotiation.
Deep regional network across the South West (or clear ability to build one).
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the credibility to lead a new office and represent the firm locally.
ACA/CFA or equivalent background preferred but not essential.
Why Apply? This is a leadership opportunity with real autonomy, long-term partnership potential, and the backing of a highly respected investor with significant capital to deploy. You’ll be joining a collaborative team at a time of growth and momentum, with the chance to shape both regional strategy and firm culture.
