Role
The demand for our client’s Restructuring Advisory practice has grown considerably over recent months as they evaluate the risks and opportunities of distressed companies’ business plans and restructuring alternatives to aid routes for recovery. Working with C-Suite on multiple advisory engagements, you will advise companies, investors, lenders who may be early on in their distress curve on financial performance, financial viability and re-work of target operating models. Specific activities may include business reviews, cashflow assessments, scenario planning, support in raising working capital and refinancing, in summary creating liquidity headroom and improving profitability.
About You
As a qualified Accountant with experience of working within a lender advisory capacity, you will demonstrate experience delivering complex restructuring projects including independent business reviews, short term cash flow assessments, capital structure analysis and lender restructuring options analysis. You will be comfortable conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, particularly with constructing integrated financial models. We will consider applications also from Managers & Senior Managers within Insolvency looking for a route into Restructuring Advisory.
