A high-growth, PE-backed group is seeking an experienced Interim Group Finance professional to provide hands-on leadership and technical oversight through a period of change and continued expansion.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of Group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, control, and insight across a complex, multi-entity environment. Working closely with divisional FDs, auditors, and the PE sponsors, you’ll provide confidence and rigour at Group level while supporting systems and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on monthly group consolidation and Board reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
Oversee preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS and manage the year-end audit process.
Maintain and enhance the Group control framework, accounting policies, and reporting standards.
Support PE stakeholders with investment and lender reporting, covenant tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
Partner with the CFO on integration, systems enhancement (e.g. NetSuite / SAP / Workday), and finance transformation initiatives.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to a small UK-based team.
About You
ACA-qualified, ideally Big 4 or top-tier trained, with significant post-qualified experience in group or divisional finance.
Proven success in multi-entity consolidation, IFRS reporting, and technical accounting leadership.
Experience in PE-backed or high-growth, international businesses.
A blend of technical depth and hands-on execution; confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Immediate or short-term availability preferred.
